Deer Park Physical Therapy and Fitness Center recommends that you have your Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans reviewed each year by a licensed agent that is certified to advise you on multiple plans. 

Attend one of these seminars and find out what changes are coming to Medicare for 2016. A sales person will be present with information and applications for most of the HMO, PPO, H MO/POS, SNP and PFFS Medicare Advantage plans available in your area. Learn about the upcoming changes and ask any questions you may have. We hope that hosting these seminars will allow you better access to information on all of the plans available to you. We, of course, encourage you to bring your friends and neighbors.
