ATHLETIC TRAINING

Athletic Trainers (ATs) are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.

Athletic Trainers focus on:

  • Risk management, and prevention of athletic injuries (physical conditioning, education, screening etc)

  • Recognition, evaluation, and assessment of athletic injuries

  • Immediate care of athletic injuries (emergency medial situations through application of first aid and emergency procedures)

  • Treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning of athletic injuries (manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic activities etc)

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Strength and Conditioning

Lift weights at your pace, learn proper technique, and gain strength! Even if you are a seasoned veteran or a first timer, Body Conditioning will give you the workout you need!

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Your dietary needs can vary widely depending on your activity level, body type, chronic conditions, allergies, and personal goals. Most fad diet plans don’t have the ability to personalize plans to individual needs, which is the leading cause of their failure with the general public.

With a nutritional consultation, we take the time to personalize a diet to fit with your needs. We take measurements, calculate the calories you will need to meet your goals on your timeline, and discuss habits you would like to change. We offer individualized weekly meal plans to take the guesswork out of eating and food preparation. We aren’t interested in quick fix fad diets, but long term lifestyle changes to help you see the changes you are looking for.
