Group Fitness Classes

Advanced Circuit

This class focuses on muscle conditioning, endurance, and resistance training in a fast paced circuit training Format.

Senior Group Exercise

Looking for a less intense, but full-body workout in the classroom or the comfort of your own home? Can accommodate chair based or standing exercises Join our senior group exercise class!

Silver Sneakers Stability

Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun and social setting.

Yoga

Yoga can help improve overall health, build strength and balance, and increase flexibility and range of motion. 

 

We use the MindBody app to manage our Fitness Center class schedule.
